The New Brunswick Court of Appeal has upheld an earlier court ruling to stop a Saint John man from leaving in his will a coin collection worth a quarter of a million dollars to a white supremacist organisation based in the U.S. called the National Alliance.

Robert McCorkill died in 2004. His sister, Isabelle challenged the will in court and was supported by the provincial government and the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs. They were each awarded 3 thousand dollars by the Court of Appeal.

In the original court ruling, the National Alliance was described as racist, white supremacist, hate inspired, repugnant and revolting.
