Groundhogs may be getting a lot of attention today, but the Nature Conservancy of Canada wants you to think of something else.

This is World Wetlands day and the Conservancy's Kathryn Morse says  "Canada actually has one quarter of the worlds wetlands and we think they should be a priority for conservation."

There is one very special wetland in the Saint John area is the Musquash Estuary, the last true estuary to be found along the Bay of Fundy and the Conservancy is protecting 5,000 acres of it.
