The family of a missing teenager from St. Stephen whose disappearance is considered suspicious with foul play suspected has issued a heartwrenching video appeal for information.

17-year-old Brayden Joseph Thibault was last seen on July 31 last year on the north side of Fredericton. His mom, Amanda Frigault asks if you have any information about what has happened to her son to please contact police or Crime Stoppers.

"I love you more, mama, were the last words I heard my son say," Frigault's statement starts out. "That was more than 6 months ago and since then, I have relived every moment of the last 17 years of his life; every achievement, every struggle, and all the moments in between."

Brayden is described at 5 foot 8, weighing about 160 pounds with short brown hair and brown eyes. A tattoo on his inner left arm reads "Trust your struggles."

"You all have someone in your life that you love, and if you were forced to live a moment of this nightmare,"says Frigault. "I would pray that the people who had information would come forward. My family is asking for the same respect and compassion that we would show yours."

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Brayden Thibault, or who may have seen him after July 31, 2017 is asked to contact the New Brunswick RCMP's Major Crime Unit at 506-452-3491. Information can also be provided anonymously through Crime Stoppers Secure Web Tips at www.crimenb.ca or by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
