PC Opposition leader Blaine Higgs says to take any of this and give it any credibility of any kind is folly.
"The same rhetoric, the same promises, the same we're gonna do this," Higgs says "but, but nothing that clearly indicates or identifies where they actually made an improvement".
Higgs says the only revenue source they have has all been in taxes to individual citizens so he would ask them "what is better for them over these last four years?"
PC finance critic Bruce Fitch says provincial taxpayers have had a billion dollars in new taxes taken from by Brian Gallant and they have nothing to show for it.
"It's a variation on the old Liberal 'tax and spend" calling it "tax, cut, close and spend". said Fitch.
