The provincial budget is getting a thumbs down from the People's Alliance Party of New Brunswick.
Leader Kris Austin tells us the government has missed the mark by increasing the deficit and not cutting out needless spending to make way for more money for things like health care. "I dont think the government should be in the business of selling beer and weed we've just got bigger things to worry about." says Austin.
He would also like to see the end of duality in the civil service to save money.
Austin says he can't understand why the two traditional parties have not gotten it through their heads that racking up huge deficits is not the way to run a province.
