Canadians appear to be a hard working bunch and don't use all of their vacation days according to a new poll from a travel insurance provider.
Ipsos carried out the survey for Allianz Global Assistance and found Canadians get 21 vacation days per year on average but are only taking 17 of them.
Of those polled, 59 percent said they weren't confident they would be taking a winter vacation despite 71 percent saying holidays are important.
Atlantic Canadians appear to be working even harder than the national average.
In this region, 36 percent of people have not had a vacation in more than two years.
