A no suprises budget. That is how Lois Corbett of the Conservation Council of New Brunswick feels about the document.

She tells us the government stuck to it's plan to divert gas taxes to fund climate change programs.
"The unfortunate part about that is the question of whether or not it will be in compliance with the Federal requirements is still hanging out there so that's missed opportunity #1," says Corbett.
Corbett says missed opportunity #2 goes back to programs, incentives and treats for people to help us reduce carbon pollution.
Corbett says she was pretty prepared for what was going to be in it and what wasn't going to be in it.
